Train the trainer programme

Objectives

• Establish national training clusters in 10 European countries.
• Deliver short courses in educational, virtual reality and operational training to trainers who will use the knowledge and skills gained to deliver national training.
• Analyse and synthesis and action on feedback gained from trainers on their training to enhance the training provision and inform the delivery of national training.
